A Bit About Yours Truly

As an established Business Coach, Mentor and Trainer, specialising in strategy, change and turnaround, I have spent nearly 25 years learning, developing and refining my particular style of delivering individual and organisational performance.

With extensive experience in 'troubleshooting' roles within key blue-chip businesses, and a renowned clear thinker, I combine highly developed analytical, problem-solving and performance development skills in driving my passion for excellence.

In addition to my current role within the ‘experience group’, I regularly chair and contribute to a wide variety of consultancy groups, host talks and seminars on contemporary business topics, and have held several influential senior posts within the private and charitable sectors.

I actively campaign on business, economic and community issues, and am a fully accredited Business Coach, an experienced Mentor and Troubleshooter, and a highly respected Trainer.

In 2011 I also completed my certification as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
