Emotional Intelligence

 

"Emotional Intelligence (Ei) is about how well we manage what we think, feel and do collectively".

 

In other words, someone who has high Ei will be very intrapersonally (within themselves) and interpersonally (between them and others) aware of how their thoughts and feelings influence their behaviour and how it impacts on others. Also, they will have greater understanding of the same in others.

 

 

Ei-based Individual Effectiveness Assessments

 

Ever had that feeling that you have been put in a 'box'?

 

If you have ever used, for example, profiling tools such as Myers-Briggs or Belbin, you may well have that feeling. These tools, and many others like them, have their place but what they effectively do is take your responses to a questionnaire and then describe you according to the closest match they can achieve within the descriptions they have already prescribed within their own systems. In other words, they put you in a 'box'.

 

Utilising a unique online questionnaire to measure the user's Ei, our Individual Effectiveness Assessment does not do that - it simply gives you an accurate 'picture' of you, from an Ei point of view, measured on the 16 key Ei scales.

 

In addition, we produce a detailed 30+ page personal report on the Assessment outcomes, plus a personalised development plan, delivered in a feedback coaching session (typically around 2 hours in length).

 

Enhancing the development recommendations with follow-up coaching or mentoring is highly recommended and substantially increases the effectiveness of the Assessment.
